VIEW OF MARINA BEACH
Visiting marina beach early morning to catch sunrise is a
treat to watch,Its also the best time to visit the beach with less crowd
activity and mostly people come for there morning walk or running .
With the
45 days ban for fishing over , we can see lot of activity from fishermen from
being preparing themselves for their journey , fishing nets are seen with boat
operators and owners checking and waiting right time to enter .catching that
scene is possible if you come early at 6.00 am
.
You can take good photos as there are
various opportunity in terms of human element ,birds ,fishing boats etc can be
used as your foreground and with the spectacular sun rise as a background ,
Life of fishermen at marina beach
As I had gone early to catch the sunrise, I was lucky enough
to watch the fisherman who where preparing themselves to leave from marina
beach for fishing .usually they leave early morning
it seems like these
fishermen didn’t venture deep as I could see them coming back in 2 hours time.
They where a group of four fishermen with a motorized boat, the motor is
removed easily and will be fixed on to the boat during the next trip. I could
see a experienced person and others who are all well built.
This fish catch is sold immediately .nochikuppam is a famous
area near to madras light house where
you can get fresh catch
With
so much experience they could easily
tell whether the sea is rough or calm. They
are not equipped with gps and other equipments . its only there fishing nets
and some stuffs of utter importance .
Life of a fishermen is always unpredictable ,it can some
times be a joy day with a big catch which they can sell and make money on the other
hand it could be stress full with no catch as expected or not
able to go to fishing due to bad weather
They do literally use the beach to fix there nets and motors
