  1. Hi Senthil,
How is Nathampettai plots promoted by SM Silks? I have seen advertisements for that in Tamil Newspapers?
How far it is from Kanchipuram main town?
What is the price they are asking for?

  2. HI SIR
ITS 250 PER/SQFT. FROM KANCHEEPRAM ITS 5KM TO THE MAIN ROAD THEN WE HAVE TO TRAVEL 2KM INSIDE.ITS SEEMS THEY HAVE YET TO GET DTCP APPROVAL.IN THAT AREA WE CAN SEE LOT OF PLOTS BUT DEVELOPMENT WISE IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 2-3YEARS FOR SOMEHTING TO HAPPEN.ROADS ARE YET TO BE LAID. JUST SEE THE PHOTOS UNDER SM PROPERTIES IN THE BLOG TO GET SOME IDEA ABOUT THE SITE.NOT SO MUCH WORTH INVESTING AT THIS RATE MAY BE 125-150 WORTH CONSIDERING.

  3. Thanks Senthil for the update. It may take more than 2-3 years to see any kind of development. I have seen similar places like Enathur near Kanchipuram which has remained like that for so many years now, without any development. It is very difficult to identify the plot after sometime as well.

  5. Any idea...? whether we can buy in their other project - DTCP approved - kalakattur - mahaperiyava nagar at the price 200 per sq feet.. Is there any concern -- just like the nathampet lakshmi nagar site? If some one knows any updates, please post the same...

  7. i would not touch this business with a 10 foot pole. Their communication is sloppy and shady! My mother is trying to buy a property from them. They are asking for a deposit of two lakhs -- no problem with that -- but what they are refusing to tell us is what the penalty will be if we later decide to cancel the purchase. They can say "no refunds" or "100% will be refunded" or something in between, but they won't make ANY statement! All they'll say is "Madam, think positively!"! Is this a business or a Power of Positive Thinking lecture? Even the railways give us better information about the terms of cancellation when we book train tickets!!
