    I recently saw a legal notice claiming to be the land owner of a layout being promoted by SM Silks in Dinamalar. I vaguely remember the layout name as Lakshmi Nagar. Buyers beware of any litigation with regard to SM Silks properties.

    no idea about that news,but it seems they are finding it extremely difficult to sell the plots as there is no buyers
